How to Install Chocolatey in PowerShell

Open PowerShell (Run PowerShell in Administrator mode) and paste the following script:

Set-ExecutionPolicy Bypass -Scope Process -Force; [System.Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol = [System.Net.ServicePointManager]::SecurityProtocol -bor 3072; iex ((New-Object System.Net.WebClient).DownloadString(''))

This will install Chocolatey, and get you to the point of being able to install packages.
